Delivery (UK Mainland)
Standard delivery time frame:
- Same-Day Order Processing.
- Order cutoff time is 2 PM (GMT).
- Delivered within 1 business days.
- Delivery Timing Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Large & Smaller items delivery time frame:
- Same-Day Order Processing.

Delivery Information
Shipping Restrictions: We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom at this time.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can track your package’s journey.
Shipping Carriers: We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
For All Delivery Services:
- A signature is required, but no ID is needed at delivery.
- If you would like to take advantage of our finance package, please note we only deliver to your billing/shipping address
- Postcode restrictions apply to all services and upgrades. To see what’s available to you please enter your address at checkout
Cancellations and Re-delivery
We appreciate that sometimes you may have to cancel or adjust your order. In such cases, we kindly require the following:
- Please change the delivery date or cancel/adjust orders 12 hours before delivery to avoid an additional return fee
- Add to orders by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0759 423 8160
- Unfortunately missed deliveries will be charged, except for parcel deliveries and accessories. View missed delivery charges on our Terms & Conditions page.
Delivering Safely To Your Home
If you’re self-isolating or concerned about receiving your order, we are happy to deliver safely to your door. Select this option at the checkout or call our Customer Services Team on 0759 423 8160
Stolen Parcels:
Parcels are delivered to an address and NOT an individual, therefore we accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. If you requested that your parcel be left in a safe place and it is not there both ourselves and the courier accept no responsibility for the theft. If the delivery driver logs a shipment as having been delivered and it is not there you must assume your parcel has been stolen. In instances such as this we will help the best we can, but it is your responsibility to contact and deal with the Police if you wish to do so.
Note: If you place your order before 2 PM (GMT), your order will be processed on the same day. If you place your order after 2 PM, it will be processed on the next business day.
